Old Buildings :
We carry out waterproofing for very old buildings having severe & chronic leakage problems. We also carry out complete renovation of old buildings as well.

A general trend among many Restoration companies is to uproot the entire Plaster and apply new plaster. We, on the contrary, suggest and implement preservative methodology on the same structures and provide more life to them. This avoids large costs and unnecessary damages to structure.

RCC structures :
We carry out structural repairs to the RCC by Epoxy anticorrosive coating and Epoxy polymer mortars. The high quality chemicals used in this process avoid formation of cracks by expansion / contraction movement of the structures. This treatment effectively seals gaps / joints between brick work and RCC for a very long time.

Corrosion in steel rods in RCC structure are removed by Zinc based anti-corrosive treatment along with Epoxy / polymer based treatment for better strength and durability.

Porous RCC slab surfaces of terrace, toilet blocks, planters, overhead / underground water storage tanks, swimming pools, basements etc. are treated by non-porous / impermeable protective membrane coatings; Linings by sandwich type mortars. These techniques create a layer against positive / negative water pressure to stop leakages, seepages, dampness permanently.

We carry out waterproofing of overhead water storage tanks by specialized acrylic co-polymer membrane treatment permanently. This treatment is safe for food grade and potable water.

Window frames and chajja :
We seal gaps / joints / cavities in aluminium / steel / wooden window frames by construction sealants. Wata joints of chajja are sealed by non-cracking membrane coatings, lining sealants and polymer mortars.

Waterproofing and Protective coatings :
We have developed our own crack filling system which does not require breaking of old plaster. At the same time we give protective coatings to external walls to give 100% result.
